- Rat Atrium: Courtesy of Jan Redick, Central EM Facility, UVA. Rat atrium fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde + 0.5% glutaraldehyde and embedded in Lowicryl K4M. Primary antibody was rabbit anti-atrial natrurietic peptide, followed by Protein A conjugated to 10 nm colloidal gold. Camera is side-mounted.
